We are seeking experienced researchers to join OUM as Research Advisors. This role is pivotal in guiding our medical students through the research process – from developing project ideas to preparing manuscripts for publication.Working online and on a casual basis, Research Advisors provide one-on-one academic mentorship, ensuring student projects meet ethical, professional, and scholarly standards. On average, advisors can expect to commit around one hour per month per student, depending on project progress.About the PositionAs a Research Advisor, you will play a key role in guiding OUM students through the research process, from developing topics and designing studies to conducting literature reviews, writing prospectuses, and preparing manuscripts for publication. You will ensure that students meet OUM’s academic standards while fostering a positive and collaborative learning environment.This is a casual, part-time position with flexible hours (approximately one hour per month per student).
